Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying job positions within the organization and developing suitable recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing qualified and suitable candidates through various methods such as advertising, job boards, headhunting, internet search, internal and external database, referral networks and college campus recruitment.
• Shortlisting the resumes and taking the pre-screening interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinating the initial technical & HR rounds with the recruitment panel.
• Ensuring compliance with the recruitment process while following up with the relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitating onboarding and paperwork process with the new joiners.
• Analyzing & maintaining records and providing regular updates on the recruitment & hiring progress to the Recruitment Manager.
• Making recommendations for ways to enhance and streamline the recruitment process.
• Providing career guidance and mentorship to prospective candidates.
• Staying abreast with the industry developments, new hiring trends & technologies.
• Utilizing different sourcing & hiring channels such as social media & web portals.
• Working closely with the Human Resources Team in the formulation and implementation of recruiting policies & procedures.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Work with relevant HODs & provide comprehensive guidance on matters relating to human resource management.
  • Understands local labour legislation, conducts orientation sessions & ensures up to date legal compliance of HR regulations & policies.
  • Manage & processes foreign worker employment permits, work visa & residence permits applications.
  • Negotiate and manages terms & conditions of expatriate employment.
  • Facilitates communication between Management & staff by resolving & promptly responding to inquiries from internal & external sources.
  • Ensures completeness & accuracy of documents, including the renewal of work permits.
