Job Summery 

In the role of a Tech Licensing Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers in Saudi Arabia and cultivating relationships with them. Your ability to perform demos, close deals, and maintain customer relationships is essential. B2B sales aptitude and strong negotiation capabilities are highly desired, and prior experience in the SaaS industry is beneficial.

Job Description

  • Grow a steady customer pipeline to surpass the sales goals each month, quarter and year.
  • Use proactive client need analysis and suggestions to elevate Bayt.com's portfolio sales per customer.
  • Administer the complete sales procedure, beginning with customer contact, followed by training and ongoing assistance.
  • Ensure that the services delivered reflect Bayt.com's ethics and the customer's expectations.
  • Recognize upselling and cross-selling possibilities through developing long-term customer relations and furnishing high-grade customer care.
  • Efficiently administer the development of 100-120 assigned customers through a combination of transactional and problem-solving sales tactics.
  • Make sure that you reach a minimum of 85% of your given customer list by participating in physical and phone meetings.
  • Give online product demonstrations to clients.
  • Furnish proficient after-sale service to bolster the customer's achievement.
  • Stay in consistent touch with current clients and prioritize retaining them.
  • Respond to grievances and troubleshoot issues to guarantee the customer's fulfillment and pleasure.
  • Retain and augment the amount of transactions and revenue earned from an assigned customer base. 

Skills

Qualification

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology, with a history of surpassing sales goals for B2B solutions is essential. 
  • Working experience in the SaaS sector would be beneficial.
