Job Description
- 1. Develop and execute Public Relation programs to meet YASREF objectives.
- 2. Coordinate activities with various departments and external organizations to ensure maximum benefits are achieved.
- 3. Draft media communications, create and update company newsletters, create web page content and track customer/client communications.
- 4. Maintain relationships with external organizations, partners and influencers in the market.
- 5. Track, report and review Public Relations performance, developing measures for continual improvement.
- 6. Research industry and market trends and prepare analyses of relevant Public Relations programs and campaigns.
- 7. Stay current with new and existing products, trends, market developments, customer trends and stakeholder relations.
- 8. Assist in the design and production of corporate communication materials and resources.
- 9. Manage customer complaints, if any, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- 10. Conduct customer surveys, when required, to identify needs, gain feedback and measure customer satisfaction.

Education
