Job Description

General Description:

  • -Analyze and resolve complex technical issues through interaction with customers.
  • -Deliver prompt, professional and quality customer service at all times.
  • -Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries, concerns and issues in an efficient manner.
  • -Ensure customer satisfaction through the entire customer experience.
  • -Conduct order processing, data entry, record maintenance, follow-up on product inquiries, product maintenance and customer complaints.
  • -Document customer inquiries, product or service problems and resolutions, in order to provide a lasting record of customer interactions.
  • -Process all orders accurately, completely and in a timely fashion, with follow-up and tracking of each transaction.
  • -Liaise with cross-functional teams including logistics and marketing teams in order to ensure product delivery to customers.
  • -Proactively ensure that customer service issues are managed with speed and accuracy.
  • -Prepare periodic customer service reports to analyze customer service patterns and results.
  • -Participate in customer service initiatives and development plans in order to meet or exceed customer service goals.
  • -Identify customer service trends and training needs to enhance customer service programs.
  • -Stay up-to-date on product and services offerings and work proactively to introduce them to customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties by welcoming, assisting and providing an overall outstanding level of service to both external and internal customers
  • Serve as main point of contact to customers, effectively addressing inquiries and resolving customer related issues.
  • Handle correspondence with vendors for the purchase and repair of office supplies, office equipment and other necessary resources
  • Support budget process by forecasting annual expenses and tracking of spend against approved budget
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution of materials, parts, equipment and products
  • Monitor attendance, working schedules and leaves of customer service representatives.
  • Handle customer requests, order taking and related process
  • Establish an efficient filing and data management system
  • Provide on-site coverage of customer service team during weekends and overtime when necessary

Education
