Al Tayer Group in Kuwait is offering Warehouse Assistant job to the eligible candidate. To assist the Warehouse Supervisor/Storekeeper in their daily tasks, providing all necessary support for the efficient organization and recovery of goods to ensure timely deliveries.
Essential Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and document incoming stock while arranging it in an orderly manner for storage.
Conduct regular stock counts to ensure the safe and proper storage of inventory and products.
Prepare and load goods from the warehouse for delivery, ensuring their timely dispatch.
Assist the supervisor in conducting stock takes and cycle counts to ensure effective inventory management.
Complete various tasks assigned by the storekeeper/supervisor related to warehouse operations.
Unload shipments and carefully inspect them for any discrepancies. If there are no issues, store the items in an organized manner based on reference numbers, brand names, etc.
Prepare items for retail by performing activities such as pricing, tagging, and barcoding according to brand guidelines.
Pick and pack stock for daily dispatch to customers and retail outlets using pick lists or handheld scanners.
Promote a safe working environment by following HSE practices to prevent property damage and personal injuries. Actively remind colleagues to comply with the company's HSE processes.
Required Certification and Experienece
Completion of High School or 12th Grade
Previous experience in Warehousing for 1 to 2 years
