Job Description:
We're looking for cabin crew members who have a sparkling personality, can adjust to any situation, and make people feel comfortable. When you work with Emirates, you'll be the person customers rely on for assistance and guidance during their flights. Therefore, it's important that you're friendly, observant, and capable of providing the right support. Being part of the cabin crew is more than just a service job – safety is our top priority. You'll need to have confidence in leading and taking charge of aircraft services, security, and safety procedures. Our crew members receive exceptional training at our advanced facility in Dubai, which contributes to their expertise.
Qualifications & Experience:
Here are some qualities and qualifications we look for in our cabin crew members:
Experience: You should have worked in hospitality or customer service for more than a year.
Positive Attitude: It's important to have a positive mindset and the ability to provide excellent service in a team environment. You'll interact with people belonging to different cultures.
Education: You need to have completed high school (Grade 12) as a minimum qualification.
Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Knowing another language is a plus.
Height Requirement: You should be at least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm on tiptoes. This is necessary to access emergency equipment on different aircraft types.
Appearance: While in the Emirates cabin crew uniform, visible tattoos should not be visible unless covered by bandages or cosmetics.
Location: As an Emirates cabin crew member, you will be based in Dubai and must meet the UAE's employment visa requirements.
In addition to these requirements, it's essential that you are determined to always perform at your best, can find solutions to challenges, and can manage a demanding work schedule. Providing an authentic and exceptional customer experience is important, so being culturally aware and embodying the Emirates personality—professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan—is crucial.
Skills required:

Staying calm during emergencies or when handling challenging passengersl.
Having good vision and hearingt.
Being in good overall health and fitness is required by many airlines. Some may even require cabin staff to be able to swim at least 25m.
