Job Description
· Deliver complete, correct, and timely financial information/ records to finalize the financial information.
· Review LPOs and confirm that all the documents comply with the company's interior policies and methods.
· Monitor and function all insurance guidelines (both new and renewal of existing guidelines) for the area(s) within the range of commitment.
· Liaising within the finance division and with other branches in matters related to books of accounts closure actions
· Completes month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing movements and reconciliations to develop concise, standardized analysis statements.
· Performs financial reconciliation of detailed accounts (i.e., accrual payments, prepayments, provisions, GRIRs, advances, right-of-use support, lease detriments, etc.) to provide sufficiency and exactness of all financial data.
· Study, analyze, and confirm the area's economic transactional data of the area(s) within the scope of duty every month.
· Analyse accounting information and schedule managing reports.
· Analyse transactional processes and determine areas where more accuracy and efficiencies can be attained
· Complete other related duties or projects as directed by the line Manager.
Obey the document retention policy to keep accounting files.
