Job Description
SABIC offering the post of Production operator. This position is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, control systems, and related components in a designated manufacturing operation. This includes overseeing chemical operations, mixing, blending, and plastic compounding. The individual must be willing to work varying shifts, including nights and holidays, and be open to both scheduled and unscheduled overtime. Additionally, they must ensure compliance with environmental regulations and prioritize safety at all times.
Job Responsibilities
Engaging in different physical tasks and mental processes when producing plastic resin and pellet items.
Operating a computer-controlled system and monitoring production processes.
Adjusting controls and documenting instrument readings for temperature, volume, pressure, and weight.
Moving materials, connecting lines and tanks, and maintaining cleanliness in the area.
Taking samples, operating a forklift, and cleaning equipment.
Following work processes, communicating effectively with other teams and their members, and completion of job training certification.
Minimum Academic and experience requirement
You need a high school diploma or an equivalent educational certificate.
Two years of steady work experience, with a preference for manufacturing background.
You should be capable of meeting the essential physical requirements of the job.

Eligibility Requirement
The job requires physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, walking, stooping, pushing, standing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day.
You need to pass a physical examination before being hired.
You should be willing to undergo a drug test during the selection process.
As part of the selection process, a background investigation will be conducted.
