Jobs Description 


The Move One Immigration Coordinator is the person primarily responsible for managing Move One's immigration clients in their destination, as well as the assignee during their immigration service.
What are the Coordinator's duties?
The Coordinator is required to keep track of any changes in country immigration laws and practices, amendments to immigration legislation, and report any new requirements to all concerned parties, including Immigration Team, Key Accounts Manager, Country Manager, Product Manager, and Clients. The Coordinator should also provide accurate, comprehensive, and reliable immigration advice both verbally and in writing, and within 24 hours of the RMC or Client initiation, send the assignee an Immigration Plan detailing the timeline and the documents needed. It is also their job to verify any special needs, interests, or requirements the assignee, customer, and HR manager may have before and during the service. Whenever possible, the Coordinator must attempt to contact the assignee soon after providing them with an overview of the process to make sure they are fully aware of the service Move One provides and the Immigration Plan.
Additionally, the Coordinator should maintain regular contact with the assignee, customer, and HR Manager during the service, and inform the client of any service-related complaints or issues that may arise. Furthermore, they should make sure to document these issues and service alerts in V3, provide excellent customer service to ensure all customer issues are resolved, and record relevant service information daily by completing comments, statuses, time-tracker, costs, and other fields in V3. This includes uploading any service documents such as permits, passports, corporate documents, and all other documents related to the application processing.
Other responsibilities of the Coordinator include preparing and submitting necessary applications and forms to the appropriate authorities to acquire the necessary permits and documents, invoicing all services within 48 hours of the service being completed, and updating all information in V3 and on the Move One website. The Coordinator must also track any upcoming expiration dates in V3, and notify the respective contacts (local HR, Lead Consultant, or HQ Regional Coordinator) of any notices. In addition, the Coordinator must complete all client forms related to the service, provide weekly reports and calls with RMCs, and deliver timely and clear service reports to all Move One clients.

Skills

Possessing a favorable outlook and a penchant for self-motivation to accomplish success, one must have noteworthy English and Arabic language abilities both in verbal and written form. Having served within the service industry in the domain of Immigration services is of the essence (three or more years), and it is imperative to possess comprehension of Saudi Arabia's immigration and labor rules. Extra experience regarding Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE is preferred.
Being efficient in solving predicaments, capable of dealing with time management, committed to excellent service, possessing intercultural abilities and displaying an attention to detail, a sophisticated comportment and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Lastly, possessing knowledge of MS Business applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the willingness to travel for brief stays, to a maximum of 25%, is essential.
