Job Description

  • Monitoring all the training and development related programs
  • Develop, coordinate and supervise overall HR policies and processes for the Group
  • Research, create and design best HR practices, strategies and processes
  • Update the employee database in order to ensure the accuracy of payroll and the staff information.
  • Support all group functions (Production, logistics, IT, sales and finance etc.) through their assigned HR professionals
  • Maintain records related to labor law, such as visas, passport copies, residency cards, working permits, medical documents etc.
  • Resolve conflicts in the workplace in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Provide guidance and advice to employees on any human resource related topics, such as remuneration, career advancement and job responsibilities.

Skillls

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • BSc/BA in Human Resources Management, or similar field
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-management abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
