Job Summery 



The Senior Manager, Graphic Design, will provide creative designs and ideas that disseminate and deliver communication intents to determine the brand, build brand mention, and stand out in line with the brand policies and project goals.

Creative delivery

  • Capability to identify and understand occurring and novel visionary trends and treatments
  • Comprehend projects briefs and solve them to the required design work
  • Ability to present innovative ideas and answers among key project stakeholders
  • Capacity to finalize artworks ready for publishing or display
  • Talented of assessing and determining the best quality materials for presentation

Projects Delivery


  • Check and create the label activity plans for the year by recalling key projects from other key stakeholders
  • When needed, liaise with Procurement and Exterior vendors for quality reviews and timely delivery
  • Capability to manage external agents on any branding performance and implementation 

Brand Library


  • Induct and maintain BA Branding tasks in a structured filing system
  • Create and manage the BA brand support library (images, illustrations, iconographies) in a centralized storage

 

Master Brand Guidelines


  • Comprehend the Global Brand Policies and best methods.
  • Execute Visual Individuality in all creative and artwork development.
  • Assure character and keep with the Brand Standards on all internal and exterior execution.
  • Inspect and assess all agency work to ensure compliance with the brand guidelines. Share with the agency as needed.

Planning and Control

  • Organize weekly project reports
  • Express project deadlines to stakeholders
  • Supporting and communicating a log of the time expended on each project

Years of Experience


  • Minimum 7 years of Graphic/Multimedia Design knowledge

Skills Required


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Advertising, Major in Graphic Design / Multimedia Design
  • Masterful knowledge of marketing ideas and execution
  • Strong skills in creating compelling presentation decks/slides
  • Powerful graphic design skills
  • Very good knowledge of print production fabrics and specifications
  • Very good project planning and implementation
  • Experienced in both Arabic and English language (written & spoken)
  • Exceptional computer talents in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as graphic design software
